Tradition Energy Helps California-Based Grocery Operator Reduce Costs

Stamford, Connecticut, July 29, 2021 – Tradition Energy announces it was recently hired by a California-based grocery store operator to help reduce its electricity and natural gas expenditures. The grocer operates approximately 300 locations throughout California and Nevada and employs thousands of workers.

The decision to seek assistance from Tradition Energy arose from the grocery store operator’s concerns about their rapidly increasing electricity and natural gas costs, which significantly impacted their operational expenses, and the organization did not have a specific energy supply strategy in place.

Tradition Energy collaborated with the grocer’s executives to provide strategic expertise in energy management, then developed recommendations to help the grocery store operator control and mitigate future increases in electricity and natural gas costs.
