CREC & Tradition Extend Cooperative Purchasing Agreement
Stamford, Connecticut, January 26, 2022 – Tradition Energy announces that it recently renewed its partnership agreement with the Capitol Region Education Council (CREC). Tradition provides energy risk management, procurement, and sustainability services through the partnership that helps Connecticut educational agencies and towns reduce and control their energy costs.
CREC’s cooperative purchasing program offers over 75 competitively bid contracts to Connecticut schools, towns, and non-profits. CREC customers receive the most competitive pricing available through Tradition Energy by utilizing OMNIA Partners, Public Sector. Tradition Energy is the exclusive Energy Consulting and Management Supplier to OMNIA Partners, Public Sector participants. Tradition’s tremendous experience advising more than 500 local government and non-profit organizations nationwide has benefitted CREC customers.
