The annual Associate Training Program is a two-day curriculum developed specifically to provide associates, many of whom are new to the energy management and procurement advisory business, with a solid foundation and understanding of the fundamentals of the electricity and natural gas marketplaces, as well as Tradition Energy’s role in the energy risk management partnership.

Associates complete the curriculum gaining a clear understanding of how the energy markets function, where wholesale prices come from, energy procurement and risk management strategies for managing these volatile and dynamic markets, as well as learning how the Tradition Energy team interacts with each other in delivering its best-in-class services to regional and national clients.
