Procaccianti sought a more coordinated way to manage electricity and natural gas costs across its large, multi-state hospitality portfolio.

Tradition also assessed alternative approaches, including 100% Green electricity, variable pricing, and utility supply where appropriate. This gave Procaccianti greater flexibility to select the most cost-effective option by property and market.
