California’s Direct Access (DA) program allows eligible C&I and Local Government energy users to purchase electricity from competitive third-party suppliers instead of major utilities.

Participation is limited, with access granted during enrollment windows through a lottery when demand exceeds availability. Watch our 3-minute video to learn how the program works, who qualifies, and what to expect in the upcoming enrollment window.
